These are the lots to be offered in the live auction with simulcast online bidding starting at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, February 16, 2023. The parcels are located in Pinal County.
AUCTION LOT 1: 74+/- acres. Lot 1 is where the former homestead home was located and occupied with the Carpenter Family. It has a large amount of enormous saguaro cacti that Mr. Carpenter transplanted onto the site. It’s higher elevation gives this lot spectacular views.
AUCTION LOT 2: 80+/- acres. Lot 2 also has a good amount of flat ground that is ideal to build a custom desert mountain home with amazing views.
