John Payne - CAI, AARE, GRI is an Auctioneer, Broker, and Realtor assisting real estate owners, bankruptcy trustees, estate executors, attorneys, and other professional fiduciaries to develop and execute marketing solutions for their real estate properties. John is also an accomplished benefit auctioneer and “Auctiontainer” routinely raising tens of thousands of dollars annually for charitable organization fundraising events.
Education: A graduate of Arizona State University and the Texas Auction Academy, John served for two years as a church service missionary in Paraguay and is fluent in Spanish. As a Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI), Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE), and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designee, his background includes a wealth of experience in the auction method of marketing many types of real estate. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, the National Association of Realtors and has served on the board of the Arizona State Auctioneers Association.
Experience: Since 2002, John has worked in the real estate and auction field including as a business development professional for several national auction marketing firms including, J.P. King Auction Company, Auction.com and Kennedy Wilson Auction Group. Currently, John is the Designated Broker/Owner of United Country - Excelerate Real Estate and Auction based in Gilbert, Arizona and conducting auction events across the state.
Personal: John resides in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife Traci and six children. Striving for a healthy balance of work, service and family fun brings happiness and fulfillment to John's life.
